First I journaled on the canvas then I started to paint on the surface. That was the first of my 3 pieces of journal type canvases. I was exploring my  favourite and hated colours and let them dance on the canvas, then silenced them with neutral colours. As I put it away to sit a while I saw this wise woman, a real Shaman between the dark lines. She is a shamanic healer helping us to rebalance ourselves daily by connecting to our true selves.
